HOW TO FIND "Casa Amarilla"

This map will show you the exact location of "La Barbacoa"
on the Samana Peninsula

Its very close to Las Terrenas (8 km's) hence all travel tips to
Las Terrenas from either St. Domingo or from Puerto Plata can be used to get to "La Barbacoa".

Once you've reached Las Terrenas, take a Taxi or Guagua leaving towards EL LIMON and ask the driver to stop in "La Barbacoa"
at "Calle Luna" which is after the airfield in PORTILLO and at about 8 km's from Las Terrenas.

Turn into Calle Luna when you meet the following panel "Landscaping". Its a landscapers advertising.

Follow "Calle Luna" for about 200 m until you see a yellow house on your left. That's the one!

If you come by car, please do not try to find it at night.
Driving at night is in any case NOT recommended in the
Dominican Republic.
